Gregory began his career in 1988 as a professional chauffeur for Royal Coachman, Ltd., one of the largest transportation companies in New Jersey. His charisma and dedication to high-quality service opened many doors to new and exciting future endeavors in the limousine industry. Within 4 years, he was designated as the principal chauffeur for many of Royal Coachman’s high-level corporate executives.

In this position, Gregory’s responsibilities increased from providing clients with basic chauffeur services to include training of all new hires. He also gave “On-Road” orientations, which included proper customer and driver etiquette, defensive driving techniques, and information of facility locations throughout the Northern New Jersey region.

He also actively participated in the on-site coordination of the monthly Board of Directors Meetings at Prudential Insurance.

In 1998, Mr. Hans Vemer, Managing Director and General Manager of Organon, advanced Gregory’s career by contracting him as his personal executive chauffeur. Then in December 2000, Gregory was made the executive chauffeur of Organon USA. As his duties began to mirror his time at Royal Coachman, he found himself looking for other ways to be useful for the company.

At last, Gregory was given the responsibility of coordinating ground transportation with the company’s Airline Reservation Department. His extensive knowledge and experience helped him successfully coordinate timely arrivals and departures in a vast array of airports. This made him an invaluable asset to the company.

When Organon USA was acquired by Schering Plough in 2007 and when Schering Plough merged with Merck in 2009, Gregory remained an executive chauffeur and executive overseer of the Airline Reservations Department under the new companies. His charisma, experience, travel planning, and expertise made him a widely sought-after executive driver.

In 2012, Gregory became a founding partner of Dazooma Express. His business relationship with high-level corporate executives helped Dazooma take flight in its early stages and continues to be a major factor of its success today. Eventually, he once again found himself searching for a new vocation.

Being free of all prior obligations and commitments, Gregory began to develop plans to realize his lifelong dream—a family-run ground transportation company. Thus, Conway Limousine, LLC was born. He serves corporate executives and employees in and around Pennsylvania.
